We're looking for a Workforce Planning & Transition Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering workforce strategies that support strategic growth, workforce transformation and evolving capability needs across the Group. Working at the forefront of workforce redesign, talent mobility and reskilling, you'll help bridge business strategy with practical workforce solutions that create meaningful outcomes for both our people and the organisation.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Workforce Planning, you'll partner with senior business leaders, Practice Leads and specialist People teams to design and deliver workforce plans that respond to changing business needs, emerging technologies and future capability requirements.
This role plays a critical orchestration function across workforce planning, work redesign, reskilling and transition initiatives, ensuring our people are supported through change and positioned for future opportunities. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, Learning, Employee Relations, People Analytics and Transformation teams to develop practical, evidence-based workforce solutions that deliver lasting impact

You're equally comfortable working in the detail and influencing at a strategic level, combining strong problem solving capability with exceptional communication skills. You enjoy bringing together diverse groups of people and perspectives, and facilitating collaboration to align on joint recommendations. You can identify workforce trends, assess future capability needs and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, while confidently engaging senior leaders and executive stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
