The Opportunity

We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Workplace Lead to join our Procurement, Property and Projects team in our Brisbane CBD office on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the National Workplace Manager, you will play a key role in creating a seamless and engaging workplace environment that supports employee experience, operational efficiency and the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
This is a highly visible role suited to an experienced office management or workplace professional who enjoys bringing structure, organisation and energy into a fast-paced corporate environment. Combining workplace operations, employee engagement and office coordination, you will help create an environment where people feel connected, supported and able to do their best work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day workplace and concierge experience, ensuring the office operates smoothly and delivers a high standard of service for employees and visitors.
Manage office soft services including cleaning, maintenance, security, access management and front-of-house coordination.
Coordinate workplace activations, internal events, town halls and engagement initiatives that foster a positive and connected office culture.
Support leadership meetings and office events, including planning, room setup, catering and stakeholder coordination.
Manage workplace communications and office updates across digital screens and internal communication platforms.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workplace operations, identifying opportunities to enhance employee experience, efficiency and service delivery.
Your Background
Experience in office management, workplace operations, corporate services or facilities coordination within a corporate environment.
Strong organisational capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep operations running smoothly in a dynamic setting.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a professional and approachable style.
Demonstrated experience coordinating vendors, workplace services, events or office operations.
Proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of outcomes.
Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for creating positive, well-run workplace environments.
