• Engineering / Technical Support: 
  




• Involve in day-to-day jobs technical support to the service technicians
  


• Parts and components identification, sourcing, datasheets finding and understanding
  


• Hydraulic systems applications understanding, research and development of new technologies
  


• Projects coordination
  


• Engineering reporting
  


• Support the Service Division Manager in jobs coordination
  

• Internal Sales Support:
  




• Parts identification, sourcing and providing quotation to customer
  


• Purchasing and goods receiving / allocation
  


• Conducting phone sales when opportunity arises
  


• Conducting customer service / follow up calls when opportunity arises
  


• Phone answering and customer relations communication (emails, etc.)
  


• New business ideas and new products development
