Job Description

Join us as an OSHC Educator in the Aveley area, where you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful, ongoing relationships with children, families, your team, and the wider school community.

This fixed-term, part-time role offers 20 hours per week for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Shifts will be rostered across our before school, after school and Holiday Program operating hours, with a minimum availability of 3 afternoons per week required.

The service operates across the following hours:

  • Rise then Shine: 6:30am – 8:45am
  • Stay and Play: 2:55pm – 6:00pm
  • Holiday Program: 6:30am – 6:00pm

From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to support nearby services across the region when additional support is needed.

Qualifications

  • A genuine passion for working with children. 
  • A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role 
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
  • State working-with-children check. 
  • Australian working rights.
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
