Role & Responsibilities

• Support senior project managers in tracking deliverables, maintaining timelines, and updating project dashboards using tools like MS Project or Asana.


• Assist in scheduling meetings, documenting action items, and managing communication across cross-functional teams.


• Compile project status reports, risk logs, and stakeholder updates—ensuring clarity and alignment across all parties.


• Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous process improvement.


• Help maintain project documentation, including scope statements, change logs, and RACI matrices.


• Conduct research on industry best practices and recommend efficiency enhancements for ongoing initiatives.
