Telecommunications and Support Internship

• Assist in the design, planning, implementation and execution of projects
  


• Supporting sales team of pre-sale processes
  


• Drafting proposals, calendar entries
  


• Cross-checking sales compliance
  


• Provision telecommunications, IT & ICT products & services
  


• Tracking order and provisioning checklists
  


• Updating CRM systems accurately
  


• Collaborate and liaise with vendors and clients on project delivery
  


• Monitor and track stock levels
  


• Manage ordering and receipt of stock
  


• Co-ordinate inbound and outbound freight movements
  


• Provide excellent customer and technical for prospective and existing customers
  


• Manage and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner
