What will your typical day look like?


 


HR Tech Implementation


 


Day-to-day, you'll contribute to live transformation work with clients who are rethinking their HR and workforce systems. You'll learn through real project experience across design, implementation and rollout, with guidance from people who will help you build both technical capability and consulting confidence.  More specirically, you'll:


 



  • Support requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and testing across cloud HCM and payroll implementations

  • Contribute to projects that improve HR processes across areas like onboarding, performance, compensation and workforce administration

  • Help prepare training materials, project documentation and change support that enable clients to adopt new systems successfully

You'll support projects that shape future workforces, guide people through change and create better employee experiences.  More specifically, you’ll:


 



  • Explore the skills, roles and ways of working organisations need for the future

  • Help clients bring people along on change and culture transformation journeys

  • Design practical ideas and solutions that make organisations more effective, engaging and ready for what’s next

About the teams


 


Our HR Tech Implementation teams helps clients design, implement and integrate Human Capital Management and payroll cloud solutions. The work spans leading platforms including Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday and workforce and payroll solutions. You'll join a team that combines technology, business and people expertise, with early-career development supported through coaching, buddy support and hands-on project experience. If you're interested in how technology can improve the way organisations work, this is a strong place to start.


 


Within our Organisational and Workforce Transformation team, you'll help clients rethink how work gets done and how people can do their best work. The team partners with organisations through periods of change, growth and transformation, supporting them to design future workforce strategies, improve employee experiences, build change capability and create workplaces where people can thrive. You'll be exposed to projects that combine human-centred thinking, data, strategy and practical delivery, giving you a strong foundation in how organisations shape their people agenda for the future.

You may have all or some of the following:


 



  • Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Interest in HR technology, digital transformation and workforce solutions

  • Comfort asking questions and learning through feedback

  • Alignment with Deloitte's values and inclusive culture

  • You'll be studying towards or have completed a relevant degree, such as Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Psychology, Commerce, Analytics, Philosophy, Cultural Studies or Political Science


 


Alongside your project experience, you'll be part of Deloitte's firm-wide Vacationer Program. You'll take part in structured learning, real client work and hands-on experiences that give you insight into consulting and help you build confidence early in your career. You'll also be supported by a buddy, coach and team members who are invested in helping you grow.

Location:  Brisbane


Eligibility: Penultimate year students, PR or citizen of Australia or New Zealand
