It's a nurse-led skin and aesthetics clinic in Sydney's Hills District, and it was built on skin first. The dermal clinician isn't the person filling gaps between injectable appointments. Your treatment plans carry real weight here, and clients come back to you because the results are there.

The clinic is led by a nationally recognised trainer and educator with nearly 20 years in aesthetics. She cares about skin as much as you do, and she invests in the people around her.

The technology is the kind most dermals only get to read about, and the clients are already there. You're stepping into an established, loyal book, not starting from scratch.

What you would be doing

• Running thorough skin consultations, imaging and analysis
• Building treatment plans clients stick with
• Advanced skin and laser treatments including RF microneedling, HIFU, several lasers and HydraFacial
• Skin needling, peels, LED and medical grade facials
• Homecare recommendations that feel like advice, not a sell
• Being part of a small team where everyone pitches in

The detail

• Permanent part time
• Flexible days, ideally including a Saturday and one later evening a week
• Competitive hourly rate plus super and commission on skincare
• Ongoing training and development
• A calm, considered clinic with no corporate targets

What you need

• A Bachelor of Dermal Science, Advanced Diploma or equivalent
• At least three years' hands on experience in advanced skin and laser
• A current laser safety certificate
• Confidence leading consultations and treatment plans
