F&B Breakfast Host - Part Time

Job description:

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner at Atria the host desk.


• Review in house package reports to identify guests with breakfast inclusion.


• Take and process food and beverage orders, offer recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.


• Assist breakfast service team where required by F&B management.


• Ensure prompt, accurate service with high standards of presentation.


• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering and restocking, and rotate stock to reduce waste and ensure freshness.


• Polish cutlery and other items to maintain cleanliness and quality.


• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.


• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as needed.


• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly

About You: 

• An up-to-date Victorian RSA 


• Relevant experience in a similar role 


• Barista skills highly regarded


• Working rights in Australia 


• Proficient in English and confident in delivering storylines to guest 


• Enthusiastic to escalate your career


• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
