Nutri Operator - Part Time

• Nutriceuticals - Day Shift - Part time (8 hours - can be between 0700-1700)

This is your chance to play a vital role in crafting the high-quality products that Mars Petcare is known for worldwide with the Nutriceuticals Facility, you will also be able to assist in other facilities across the site if required.

This role will be 40 hours per week in weeks 2 and 3 of the period - total 80 hours per period. Initially the role is for 12 months, with option to extend and/or make permanent, if New Product launch is successful.

What You’ll Do: 

• Ensure strict compliance with Quality, GMP, HACCP, Hygiene and Food Safety practices and policies.

• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to OH&S standards and procedures without exception.

• Maintain a high level of productivity and meet production scheduling targets.

• Maintain production/wrapping waste within targets and contribute to our waste reduction program.

• Initiate and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on lean manufacturing principles.

• Trade certification is an added bonus, but not essential.
