Job Description - Office Assistant (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a motivated and talented part-time Office Assistant to join our Sydney office.

  • Part-time role: 25 hours per week

Job Purpose


Provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to office staff to ensure an efficient, well-organized, and productive office environment.



Key Responsibilities



  • Greet and assist visitors

  • Order workplace supplies and maintain delivery records

  • Ensure the office is neat, well-stocked, and functional

  • Maintain kitchen supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products

  • Order daily lunch for all employees

  • Coordinate with building maintenance and cleaning staff

  • Run work-related errands (e.g., post office)

  • Prepare and distribute outgoing mail

  • Assist with employee and meeting schedules as needed

  • Photocopy and scan documents

  • Organize and maintain files and records

  • Contribute to a positive work environment that supports productivity and high employee morale

  • Perform other duties as assigned
