Job Description - Bookkeeper for a Construction Company in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

â¢ Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

â¢ Performing accurate data entry of financial transactions into Xero

â¢ Generating invoices and managing invoice tracking and follow-ups

â¢ Completing bank, credit card, and account reconciliations

â¢ Assisting with payroll processing and related payroll administration when required

â¢ Maintaining organized financial records and supporting general accounts administration

â¢ Assisting in cleaning up and improving existing Xero files and processes

â¢ Supporting reporting preparation and ensuring financial data accuracy
