Job Description - Bookkeeper for a Property Development Business in Australia (Home Based Part Time)




• Perform daily bookkeeping across multiple business entities.



• Reconcile bank, credit card and loan accounts.



• Allocate invoices and expenses to the appropriate property developments within Xero.



• Process supplier invoices using Hubdoc.



• Maintain accurate financial records and project allocations.



• Assist with BAS preparation by ensuring financial records remain current.



• Identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.



• Liaise with the business owner regarding project coding where required.



• Maintain organised digital financial records using Dropbox.



• Assist with clearing an initial bookkeeping backlog before transitioning into ongoing maintenance.
