Job Description - Quotes and Estimating Coordinator for a Fire Solutions Company in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

â¢ Follow up outstanding defect and sales quotations with clients via phone and email.

â¢ Build strong relationships with customers to maximise quote conversion.

â¢ Respond to customer enquiries relating to quotations and proposed works.

â¢ Record customer feedback and update quotation statuses within company systems.

â¢ Convert approved quotations into jobs for scheduling and delivery.

â¢ Prepare and complete major service quotations using company systems and templates.

â¢ Liaise with the Operations Manager regarding quotation priorities and technical requirements.

â¢ Maintain accurate quotation records and customer information.

â¢ Monitor outstanding quotations and provide regular status updates.

â¢ Assist with improving quotation processes and conversion rates.
