• Responsible for preparing the monthly and annual financial statements of SWARCO ITS SERVICES GMBH in accordance with Austrian GAAP (UGB)
• Actively contribute to the implementation of centralized holding accounting functions within the company
• Coordinate and execute intercompany transactions and group cost allocations
• Coordinate and prepare the company’s budget and forecasts
• Support day-to-day accounting activities and serve as a point of contact for accounting and financial reporting matters
• Act as a contact person for group subsidiaries regarding the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Provide support and expertise on Austrian accounting and tax-related issues
• Participate in and lead internal transformation and change projects

• Completed degree in Business Administration (university or university of applied sciences) or a commercial education (e.g., HAK/HBLA), ideally with a certified accountant qualification (Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung)
• Solid, several years of professional experience in accounting or controlling, ideally including experience in investment valuation and knowledge of IFRS
• Extensive experience with accounting systems; SAP FI knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with intercompany accounting and charge allocations is beneficial
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent written and spoken German and good English language skills
• Enjoy working in international teams and contributing to the development and optimization of processes, systems, and standards
• High level of commitment, strong teamwork skills, and a hands-on mentality

• Willingness to take ownership and actively drive change and improvements

We offer a very attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This is significantly above the collective agreement for employees and apprentices in commercial enterprises.
