Advanced Turbocharger Specialist (m/f/d) Fluency in German

Description

You will support INNIO's Turbo Charger (=TC) Service initiatives. With your solid or acquired knowledge of TCs, you will support INNIOs service during planned events and for troubleshooting. Your focus is on the execution of TC service jobs. You will be the connection between INNIOs operations team and TC service supplier. You will review reports and decide about the scope of the job and possible alternative repair solutions. You will support field crews with dedicated TC trainings material and information. You enable INNIOs field technician to perform service work around an on the TCs. This includes exchanging complete TCs and specification parts, as well as minor TC maintenance tasks. Additionally, you identify potentials for a higher sustainability, to optimize the TC life cycle costs, to increase customer satisfaction, and to ensure a high availability. You will be interacting and working closely with our service organization in Germany and the relevant teams at production site in Jenbach, Tirol. You will be part of INNIOs TCs team which is located in different countries and supports the global network.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identifying potentials for higher sustainability during the entire TC life
• Reviewing TC service reports and deciding about the scope
• Developing, testing, and reviewing TC repair solutions
• Developing and selecting the appropriate TC service solution
• Providing existing training documents and supporting field service technician
• Supervising TC maintenance tasks, purpose training for field technician
• Creating statistics about service requirements for TCs related to the operation profile and the time in operation
• Reviewing technical documents related to TCs, tasks during planned maintenance and troubleshooting, for our customers, INNIO field service, and distributors
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with Jenbacher Regions (subsidiaries)

Your Profile:

• Higher technical education (e.g., HTL) with mechanical or industrial/business engineering scope with min. 3 years’ service experience in the energy sector
• Technical knowledge about TC operation and service concepts combined with Service mindset
• Independent, proactive, fast response and flexible work style
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Working with people from different cultures and in different time zones
• Good interpersonal, team oriented communication skills 
• Fluency in German and English
