At ComeOn!, we're looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Coordinator who is passionate about enabling high-performing teams to deliver value efficiently and predictably. In this role, you'll be at the heart of product delivery, partnering with Product Owners, engineers, QA, UX, and stakeholders to ensure our roadmap is delivered on time while continuously improving the way we work.

You'll act as the driving force behind delivery excellence—facilitating collaboration, removing obstacles, coaching teams in Agile best practices, and ensuring everyone is aligned around common goals. What you will do:

• Coordinate and facilitate the successful delivery of roadmap initiatives across multiple Agile squads.

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives for 3 - 4 squads.

• For larger cross-functional initiatives, Support cross-team delivery coordination when required.

• Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and ready before development begins.

• Collaborate daily with Developers, QA Engineers, UX Designers, and Product teams to keep delivery on track.

• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers early, and proactively drive them to resolution.

• Keep stakeholders informed through regular progress updates, transparent communication, and effective expectation management.

• Contribute to incident management by coordinating delivery-related activities and supporting timely resolution.

• Contribute to continuous improvements of delivery processes and team collaboration.

• Coach Product Owners and delivery teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and scaled Agile frameworks.

You are an excellent communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, balancing business priorities with delivery realities.

You enjoy solving problems, simplifying processes, and creating an environment where Agile teams can perform at their best. Whether coordinating complex cross-team initiatives or coaching Product Owners, you're focused on enabling successful outcomes.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering and QA teams, as well as relevant business stakeholders, to support effective collaboration and successful delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• 7-8 years of experience in a delivery-focused Agile role such as Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Coordinator, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Coach, or similar.

• Proven experience working with complex products involving multiple teams, dependencies, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum and Scaled Agile methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.

• Experience coaching Product Owners and Agile teams to improve planning, execution, and delivery.

• Good technical understanding, allowing you to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and participate in technical discussions.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Agile certifications such as PSM, CSM, SSM, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe RTE, or similar.

Nice to Have:

• Experience coaching Agile practices at an enterprise scale.

• Experience working in fast-paced product organizations with multiple parallel delivery streams.

• Knowledge of German.
