With a keen eye for detail, you interpret financial reporting requirements, balance the books, and ensure accuracy of profit and loss, cash flow, income, and balance sheet statements. Your expertise extends to monthly report generation, supporting informed decision making. You contribute to Lam\u0027s financial accuracy and compliance.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * General Accounting tasks such as Debitor/Creditor Accounting, Asset Management, Bank\n * Monthly Closes\n * Support in any internal and external Audits\n * Year End Preparations and contact person for Tax advisor and Auditors\n * Prepare audit documentation in a clear, concise, and timely manner\n * Participate in other projects or assignments as requested \n * Preparation of monthly declarations\n * Act as functional lead for a small accounting team of 2, coordinating tasks and providing day\u2011to\u2011day guidance\n * Review accounting entries and reconciliations prepared by the team to ensure accuracy and compliance\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or Finance; or 3 years andan Accountant exam or equivalent work experience\n * Profound Accounting education with Accountant exam\n * SAP/NAVISION experience \n * Excellent writing and oral communication skills\n * Full professional proficiency in German, fluent in English\n * Good problem solving abilities\n * Microsoft Office applications especially Excel\n\n\n\n## What we\u0027re offering\n\nThis position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group E or F depending on educational background. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
