MM promotes sustainable development through innovative, recyclable packaging and paper products. \n\n## Our heart beats for talents - be one of them!\n\nTo strengthen our motivated MM Packaging Team at our site in Vienna, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented CAD Packaging Developer / Packaging Engineer (m/f/d). \n\n## Your Role\n\n * You develop and design packaging solutions (e.g., folding cartons and paperboard packaging) for various product categories such as FMCG, food \u0026 beverage, and cosmetics\n * You create CAD-based packaging designs, including dielines and technical drawings\n * You technically elaborate packaging concepts, taking into account material properties and production requirements\n * You adapt and further develop existing packaging constructions for different formats, sizes, and applications\n * You closely coordinate on technical matters with internal interfaces such as design, sales, and production\n * You create samples, mock-ups, as well as 2D and basic 3D visualizations for the technical presentation of packaging solutions\n * You stay up to date with current packaging design trends, functional innovations, and technical developments in the packaging industry\n * You have an interest in new technologies in the field of 3D visualization and digital packaging visualization (this is an advantage, but not essential)\n\n\n\n## Your Profile\n\n * You already gained at least 2-3 years of experience in packaging design, ideally gained in a fast-paced, international setting where creativity and adaptability are key \n * You posses a strong knowledge of CAD software (ArtiosCAD, Esko) and you know how to craft professional and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations with graphic content that impress clients\n * Your excellent attention to detail, layout and consumer needs as well as communication and collaboration skills make you the perfect candidate\n * You are willing to further development towards AI supported Graphic Design (e.g. with Adobe Firefly) and creation of 3D mock-ups \n * You communicate fluently in written and spoken English (C-Level), German is an advantage\n\n\n\n## Our Offer\n\nJoin our dedicated team of passionate colleagues who like to get things done! \n\nWe offer you a workplace in a stable, international company with long-term growth path.
