What sets the Food & Beverage Team apart?

We are the largest team in the house, working closely and collegially together, and we have established a very good buddy system for new employees. We consistently manage to enchant our guests at breakfast, during our Legendary Brunch, and at Candlelight Dinner. In stressful times, we stick together and support each other.

What will you do?

• You handle preparatory and follow-up tasks in the service area, including mise en place and setting tables to a high standard.


• You act as a competent point of contact for both national and international guests.


• You ensure a smooth and efficient service flow during breakfast, brunch, and dinner buffets.


• You take orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages.


• You take care of guests and offer attentive guidance throughout their entire restaurant experience.

What makes you stand out?

You have completed training in the hotel and catering industry, or you have turned your passion into a career and bring experience with you. You have a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail. You are fluent in german and english.
