Coveris is a leading European packaging company that manufactures flexible packaging solution for some of the world’s most respected brands. The company develops packaging that protects all types of products from food to pet food, from medical devices to industrial and agricultural products. Coveris focuses on sustainable, innovative and value-add specialty products. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Vienna, Austria, we have around 17 production facilities across Austria, Germany, UK, France, Hungary, Poland and Egypt.

At present, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Excellence Manager (f/m/d) who drives Commercial Management across our sites and supports the leadership team of our Business Unit Flexibles.

Drive the development of highly effective Commercial Management across operations in close collaboration with the Business Unit management and the local Commercial Managers and Managing Directors
Clarify, harmonise and facilitate implementation of standard processes throughout the Business Unit with special focus on costing & pricing, cost adjustment models and pro-active and re-active margin management
Promote regular exchange between operations and sales to drive business development analysis
Support decision making for major business decisions by providing meaningful simulations and scenario analysis
Support major customer tender processes across operations
Support development and implementation of inter-company pricing policy

University degree (or similar) in business or process engineering
3-5 years work experience with exposure to manufacturing / converting industries, e.g. in advisory or consultancy roles
Strong comprehension skills of business & industrial processes, ability to simplify and focus on key business and profitability drivers
Strong communication and convincing skills with excellent command of English
Affinity to numbers and accuracy
Willingness to travel

Performance based pay – minimum salary of € 70.000 with possibility of overpayment based on experience
