Corporate Communications Specialist (all genders)

Vienna | Part-time (20 hours/week)

Your position

As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you will support the delivery of engaging internal and external communication activities. Working closely with the Global Communications team and key stakeholders, you will help bring communication campaigns to life through content creation, event coordination, and multimedia production.

This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role based on business needs and mutual fit.

Your tasks

• Filming and editing content for internal and external communication campaigns and initiatives.


• Producing static and motion graphics as well as video content using tools such as Canva and Adobe.


• Coordinating on-site video productions and supporting presenters, spokespersons, and production teams during recording sessions.


• Coordinating and supporting corporate events, virtual town halls, employee engagement activities, and communication campaigns.


• Managing event and production logistics, including venues, communication materials, equipment, vendors, and service providers.


• Ensuring all produced content meets brand and quality standards.

Your profile

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Event Management, or a related field.


• Initial experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing, Events, Social Media, or a similar agency or in-house role.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Creative mindset and hands-on approach to content creation and event coordination.

Languages: English – fluent; additional languages welcome, e.g.: German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, etc.

Nice to have: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365, as well as familiarity with event coordination, audiovisual technologies and digital communication platforms such as SharePoint, Workvivo or WordPress.

Our offer

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €47,000.00. For this part-time position (20 hours per week), the salary will be adjusted proportionally based on the agreed working hours. In addition, we offer a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
