To enhance our successful Industrial Engineering Team in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate

Expert Industrial Engineering 

In your role, you will drive Industrial Engineering excellence across AT&S plants in Austria and India. You will identify performance improvement opportunities, standardize IE methods, and support sustainable productivity, capacity, and profitability improvements.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and realize shopfloor performance improvement opportunities.


• Analyze bottlenecks, process flows, WIP, and resource utilization to increase efficiency.


• Implement and standardize Industrial Engineering methods, tools, and governance across sites.


• Develop and improve capacity, resource, and workforce planning models.


• Establish and maintain accurate production master data and planning parameters.


• Drive productivity, throughput, and cost optimization initiatives.


• Embed IE standards into planning, operations, and performance management processes.


• Support plant ramp-up, expansion, and transformation projects.


• Coach and support plant teams in Industrial Engineering best practices.


• Promote cross-site collaboration and knowledge sharing between Austria and India.

Your Profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.


• Several years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.


• Strong knowledge of capacity planning, workforce engineering, and resource optimization.


• Experience in bottleneck analysis, process improvement, and standard work implementation.


• Knowledge of production master data, routings, time systems, and planning parameters.


• Experience with ERP/MES systems and production planning processes.


• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.


• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.


• Structured, hands-on, and results-oriented working style.


• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%).
