What sets the Food & Beverage Team apart?

We are the largest team in the house, working closely and collegially together, and we have established a very good buddy system for new employees. We consistently manage to enchant our guests at breakfast, during our Legendary Brunch, and at Candlelight Dinner. In stressful times, we stick together and support each other.

What will you do?

• You ensure that our buffet is attractively presented, well-stocked, and replenished throughout service. 


• You welcome and assist guests at the buffet, providing friendly and professional guidance regarding dishes, ingredients, and allergens. 


• You monitor food quality and presentation standards, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. 


• You carry out mise en place tasks before service and support the setup and breakdown of the buffet area. 


• You maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at the buffet and in your work area at all times. 


• You assist in replenishing food items, tableware, and service equipment throughout the evening. 


• You act as a competent point of contact for both national and international guests and contribute to creating a memorable Candle Light Dinner experience. 


• You work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest satisfaction.

What makes you stand out?

You have a completed training in the hotel and catering industry, or you have turned your passion into a career and bring experience with you. You have a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail. You have experience in the kitchen and are knowledgeable about allergens etc. You are fluent in german and english.
