In-Room Dining Server Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the In-Room Dining department throughout the day 


• Taking, preparing, and delivering room service orders in accordance with the highest service and quality standards 


• Monitoring, checking, and replenishing minibar stock 


• Providing professional guest service within the In-Room Dining department and accommodating individual guest requests 


• Creating a personalized and memorable dining experience in the guest’s room 


• Handling guest feedback, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner 


• Preparing and organizing work areas to ensure an efficient service flow

Your Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or upscale hotel operations is an advantage 


• Strong passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences 


• Independent, responsible, and well-organized working style 


• Reliability, resilience, teamwork, and flexibility 


• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance 


• Good command of German and/or English; additional language skills are an advantage 


• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to operational requirements

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.026,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
