In-Room Dining Server Agent – Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and ensuring smooth overnight operations within the In-Room Dining department 


• Taking, preparing, and delivering room service orders during night hours in a timely and professional manner 


• Monitoring, checking, and replenishing minibar stock as required 


• Providing personalized in-room dining experiences and maintaining the highest service standards throughout the night 


• Handling guest requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently and professionally 


• Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness of IRD service areas for the following day 

Your Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or upscale hotel operations is an advantage 


• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable guest experiences 


• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and with attention to detail during overnight shifts 


• Strong reliability, resilience, teamwork, and flexibility 


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 


• Good command of German and/or English; additional language skills are an advantage 


• Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by operational needs

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.026,00 per month plus night allowances. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
