(Junior) IT Supporter (d/f/m)

Jung von Matt Donau is looking for a (Junior) IT Supporter (d/f/m).
 
Your tasks:

• Provision of user support for all common applications and systems used at JvM
• Management of the inventory of hardware and software
• Assistance with onboarding of new colleagues
• Refinement of our internal processes.
• Provision of training courses for new and current colleagues.

 
About you:

• Familiar with basic troubleshooting and IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge about the Apple ecosystem, mostly iOS and macOS.
• Fluent in English (level B2) and German (level C2)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
• Strong service mindset – customer-centered and solution-oriented work is important to you
