Marketing Manager DACH (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take the reins of our DACH marketing efforts and push the brand forward across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In this role, you’ll build and execute cross-channel campaigns, partner closely with Sales and CS, and make sure we’re not just hitting KPIs — but growing with intention. AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL

• Own and drive all marketing activities in the DACH region — from planning to execution.


• Align closely with Sales, SDR, and Customer Success to connect marketing to revenue.


• Identify local growth opportunities and optimise acquisition and upsell performance.


• Localise global campaigns and create region-specific content that actually resonates.


• Manage external partners like PR agencies and local industry collaborators.


• Ensure quality translations across product, campaigns, and web — no awkward German here.


• Keep marketing aligned with our business goals and core KPIs.


• Collaborate with global teams while bringing your regional expertise to the table

WHO YOU ARE

• You have 3+ years of marketing experience and can show real results.


• You’re entrepreneurial and pragmatic — ideas are great, execution is better.


• You collaborate naturally and enjoy building bridges across departments.


• You’re fluent in German (native level) and confident in English — in writing and speech.


• You understand how to tailor messaging for specific goals and audiences.


• You love a good dashboard and make decisions based on data, not gut alone.


• You bring energy, ownership, and adaptability to a fast-moving environment.


• You care about impact, not just activity — and you don’t wait for permission to get started.
