Description

Your role

Coordinate translation and proofreading processes for our international Marketing materials, working closely with internal teams and external partners
Manage translated and proofread content across different file formats and communication channels, including implementing text corrections in source files where required
Provide organizational and operational support to our Marketing teams to keep day-to-day activities and projects running smoothly
Take care of the coordination of Marketing activities such as our OMICRON customer magazine, meetings, publications and other ongoing initiatives
Organize Marketing materials, including brochure printing, shipments and materials required for different Marketing activities
Coordinate and host international customer visits at our facilities in Austria, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience

What makes you a great fit

Several years of professional experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications, coordination or a comparable role
A structured and precise way of working, with the ability to keep an overview, set priorities and reliably complete tasks on time
A hands-on mindset and the ability to work independently, take ownership and find pragmatic solutions when priorities change
An outgoing, open-minded and collaborative personality, with excellent communication skills in German and English and an interest in working with people from different cultures
Basic experience with Adobe InDesign and a good understanding of different file formats and Marketing materials
Experience with other Adobe applications, Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, AI tools or translation management systems is a plus
