As an Operations Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be an important point of contact for employees, customers, and various internal teams. You will help ensure that administrative and operational processes run reliably, support effective communication across the site, and contribute to the continuous development and efficiency of our operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Support daily site operations and coordinate communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Handle customer inquiries and status updates professionally and efficiently.
• Manage workforce and training systems for Operations, ensuring accurate data and reporting.
• Support onboarding, training, access management, and other employee-related processes.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation to support smooth operations and compliance.
• Identify and help resolve operational or administrative issues in a timely manner.
• Support process improvements and contribute to efficient site operations

• Experience in customer service, administration, operations support, HR support, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and communicational skills
• Service-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus

The starting salary for this position is €3,000.00 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
