Our Crypto Gift Cards are sold in thousands of retail stores across Europe, and our platform serves customers in more than a dozen European markets. With offices in Austria and Switzerland, right in the heart of "Crypto Valley", we are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our customer base across Europe.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing and optimising Cryptonow's marketing across digital and offline channels in our European markets. With a strong focus on growth, he or she drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, activation and retention for the Cryptonow platform and our Crypto Gift Cards, and ensures that all communications meet the MiCAR requirements for crypto-asset marketing.

The role reports to the CMO and is part of our marketing team, working closely with Sales, Product, Compliance, Design and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Marketing Manager include, inter alia, the following:

• Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across markets, with clear targets for acquisition and activation
• Managing marketing channels such as social media, email and CRM, website and SEO, paid media and influencer collaborations
• Running and optimising paid campaigns with a focus on efficient customer acquisition
• Testing and improving landing pages, emails and offers to increase conversion
• Developing CRM campaigns to increase retention
• Creating and steering content (copy, visuals, video) together with internal designers and external agencies
• Coordinating the localisation of campaigns and content for our European markets, in line with our tone of voice per country
• Supporting market launches in new countries with marketing plans and launch campaigns
• Supporting PR activities, such as press releases, media requests and partner communication
• Tracking performance along the funnel 
• Managing campaign budgets, agencies and external service providers

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, payments or consumer brands
• Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, online and offline
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing, including paid media, email marketing and analytics tools
• Track record of campaigns that delivered measurable results in acquisition or conversion
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage several markets and deadlines in parallel
• Experience in briefing and managing agencies and freelancers
• Analytical mindset and confidence in working with KPIs; experience with A/B testing
• Interest in crypto and fintech; experience in a regulated industry (financial services, MiCAR, gambling, pharma) is a strong plus
• Fluent English and German; further European languages are a plus
