Arbeitsbeschreibung - Senior .NET Developer (m*f*x)

We are a group of more than 70 curious forward-leaning individuals, forming the leading digital agency in Austria. We emphasize optimization through creative tech usage. Apart from three offices in Vienna and one in London, our tech team of around 30 people is hosted in offices in Niš and Belgrade in Serbia too, as well as working remotely. Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate, and, above all, fun.
  • At least 5 years of experience with the .NET framework and C# 
  • Strong knowledge of TSQL, SQL Server, and integration of REST APIs 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify flaws in requirements to suggest improvements 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams 
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring junior developers is a plus 
  • Experience with Content Management Systems is a plus 
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud is a plus 
Our Team #1. Here you will work alongside the lead developer, two more backend, and two more front-end developers with an experienced Project Owner. Together, you will support a dedicated group of our medium and large-size clients to take the next step in the digital age by developing and maintaining information, communication, and e-commerce solutions.
  • Developing, testing, and maintaining .NET applications using C# and TSQL 
  • Writing clean and efficient code that is easy to understand and maintain 
  • Identifying and resolving software defects and improving application performance 
  • Collaborating with other team members to develop innovative solutions to complex problems 
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to junior developers and promoting best practices 
  • Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability 
  • Staying up to date with new technologies, frameworks, and trends in the industry 
  • Challenging projects with highly esteemed international customers.  
  • Working in an environment built on collaboration, flexibility, and respect.  
  • Flexible working hours and the possibility of hybrid or full remote work. 
  • An annual gross salary of around EUR 55,000, overpayment depending on skills and experience
