The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentleman for the position of:

Reservations Manager (m/f/d)

With your leadership, expertise and passion for luxury hospitality, you and your team create an exceptional first impression for our guests from the very first point of contact.

As Reservations Manager, you lead our Reservations team and oversee the reservation processes for both our guest rooms and our restaurants, ensuring a seamless, personalized and luxury experience across every guest interaction.

Working as part of our Sales & Marketing team, you are responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Reservations Department and for maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support the Reservations team in their daily operations


• Oversee and coordinate reservations for both guest rooms and the hotel's restaurants


• Ensure a seamless and personalized reservation experience in line with The Ritz-Carlton service standards


• Ensure the smooth running and continuous quality management of all reservation processes


• Support the team with operational and administrative matters


• Conduct departmental training and contribute to the continuous development of our Ladies and Gentlemen


• Conduct employee development conversations and support the professional growth of the team


• Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Rooms, Food & Beverage and other hotel departments to ensure effective communication and coordination


• Support recruitment for the Reservations Department in close cooperation with the hotel's Human Resources team

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role, you bring a genuine passion for luxury hospitality together with strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

• Several years of professional experience in the hospitality industry, ideally within Reservations or a related luxury hotel environment


• Previous leadership experience is an advantage


• A proactive and independent working style combined with a strong team spirit


• Sound knowledge of OPERA and MARSHA


• Very good Microsoft Office skills


• Very good written and spoken German and English


• Additional languages are an advantage


• A strong guest focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service


• Valid working permission for Austria
