• You own A/B and multivariate testing, from building and prioritizing the testing roadmap to execution, documentation and regular reporting to stakeholders.

• You combine quantitative research (funnel tracking, analytics, behavioral data) with qualitative insights (session recordings, heatmaps) to understand user behavior, pain points and motivations.

• You conduct competitor research and turn learnings into clear opportunities for the team.

• You have hands-on experience with Kameleoon or a comparable A/B testing tool.

• You have experience working with Shopify and building landing pages yourself.

• You have a strong grasp of GA4, heatmaps and session replay tools and are comfortable reading funnel data.

• You are commercially minded and keep brand guidelines and business goals aligned across every test and page.

• You enjoy working cross-functionally and collaborating with various teams.

• You are fluent in English.
