For our IT Team we are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect.

Your Key Responsibilities: 

• Own and continuously evolve the Enterprise Architecture framework across the global IT and Digital landscape.
• Translate business and IT and Digital strategy into an actionable architecture roadmap, ensuring technology investments support both current business priorities and long-term strategic objectives.
• Define, maintain and promote enterprise architecture principles, standards, policies and governance to ensure consistency, scalability and sustainability across the organization.
• Govern the application landscape by maintaining the application portfolio, safelisting approved solutions, providing recommendations on application lifecycle management (including applications upgrades and sunsetting of applications).
• Develop and drive the Company's integration and interface strategy, ensuring reliable, secure and scalable connectivity between applications, systems and platforms.
• Ensure IT and Digital projects and initiatives are aligned with the enterprise architecture and technology standards
• Advise solution architects, project teams and business stakeholders on architectural decisions, technology selection and solution design.
• Produce and maintain enterprise architecture documentation, technical specifications, standards and policies to ensure effective governance and compliance.
• Communicate architectural concepts, risks and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership and executive management.
• Continuously assess emerging technologies, industry trends and best practices to maintain a modern, future-ready technology landscape.

Your Profile:

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture or a comparable IT role within an international organization. Proven experience managing complex enterprise application landscapes in a global business environment. Experience establishing and maintaining architecture standards, policies and technology governance.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps and aligning IT strategy with business objectives. Solid knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware and interface architecture. Broad understanding of business applications such as ERP, CRM, manufacturing systems, data platforms and cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to evaluate technology options and provide pragmatic recommendations balancing business value, cost, risk and long-term sustainability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and advise senior management and C-level executives.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, delivery-oriented mindset. Structured, pragmatic and results-driven with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Comfortable working independently while effectively collaborating across international and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
