Location: Fully on-site in Vienna, with frequent travels to project sites across Austria

This is a hands-on delivery role where you will work across the full project lifecycle, from construction and commissioning through to operations and maintenance. You will have the chance to take responsibility end-to-end, by connecting all the dots that are usually split in different roles in large corporations. You won’t be just one small cog in a big system, but actually have full ownership of your work and oversee entire operations. Your role

• Taking ownership of project delivery, construction and commissioning of complex technical assets


• Working closely with EPC contractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality


• Supporting the transition from construction into operations and maintenance


• Managing and developing O&M processes, standards and asset performance


• Building strong relationships with contractors and external technical partners


• Identifying issues, prioritizing effectively and finding practical solutions on the ground


• Supporting the development of processes and structures as the company and asset portfolio grow


• Contributing across the business where needed in a lean and entrepreneurial environment

Your profile

• 5-10+ years of hands-on experience in project delivery, construction, commissioning and/or operations of complex technical assets


• Engineering background or strong practical technical understanding


• Experience managing contractors, suppliers and external partners


• Ideally experience across both delivery and operational environments


• Background in energy, power or another asset-heavy and technically complex industry


• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the maturity to manage experienced stakeholders


• Pragmatic, resourceful and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on getting things done


• Comfortable taking ownership, working independently and stepping beyond a narrowly defined role


• Enjoy working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment


• Fluent German and English skills

Annual gross salary: STARTS from €110,000+ depending on your seniority, with the potential to significantly overpay a more experienced person
