The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

Server Agent / F&B Service Expert – Breakfast

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests and present the à la carte breakfast menu and buffet


• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system


• Serve dishes with attention to timing, presentation, and guest preferences


• Coordinate with the Culinary-team to ensure seamless service


• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests or complaints professionally


• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables and service areas


• Assist with opening and closing duties 


• Promote other hotel services to enhance the guest experience

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or fine-dining environment


• Strong knowledge of à la carte service procedures and breakfast cuisine


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Detail-oriented, with a polished and professional demeanor


• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays


• Very reliable knowledge of German and English, any additional language advantageous
