Software Test Engineer - Embedded, 80-100% (f/m/x)

Your role

• Be part of a cross-functional agile development team
• Ensure the software quality of our CPX 200 measurement device and its embedded application throughout the development life cycle
• Design and execute system tests and guide the release cycle
• Plan and conduct field tests from a customer perspective and analyze issues that arise
• Develop, execute and maintain automated tests for our software solutions in C++
• Ensure a shared understanding of requirements and enable well-founded decisions by collaborating closely with product management and development
• Actively support knowledge sharing within the team and continuously develop your technical expertise

What makes you a great fit

• Electrotechnical or mechatronics background and relevant work experience in quality assurance
• Familiarity with test automation and object-oriented programming
• The ability to pay attention to detail and to be able to think outside the box
• Confident communication skills in English
• Excellent ability to translate complex technical matters into clear and structured information for different stakeholders
• High level of initiative and curiosity, with a proactive approach to expanding expertise and sharing knowledge within the team
