The impact you’ll make

The Clean Key Account Technologist (KAT) will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturingrelationships withour key customers. This position requires a deep understanding ofsemiconductor processes and equipment, aswell as the ability to provide technical expertiseand support to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

What you’ll do

• Customer Relationship Management:
  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts,acting as the primary technical point of contact.


• Priority Alignment:
  Drive alignment between account teams and clean product line on priorities formarket penetrations and defenses.


• Process Optimization:
  Collaborate with customers to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes,ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and performance.


• Product Demonstrations:
  Organize product demonstrations and presentations to showcasethecapabilities and benefits of Lam Research technologies.


• Feedback Loop:
  Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuousimprovementand innovation in our products and services.


• Training and Education:
  Provide training and educational resources to customers and account teams toenhance their understanding and utilization of Lam Research technologies.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development teamsto align customer needs with company objectives.

Who we’re looking for

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics,Engineering or arelated field. Advanced degree preferred.


• Experience:
  Minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a Bachelor degree, or8 years with a Masters degree or 5 years with a PhD.


• Technical Expertise:
  Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.


• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required.Additionally strong communication skills in Chinese preferred.


• Travel:
  Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

What We're Offering

This position will be occupied in Villach. It is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement forEmployees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group H. A higher payment is negotiable dependingon expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
