## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nThe Clean Key Account Technologist (KAT) will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturingrelationships withour key customers. This position requires a deep understanding ofsemiconductor processes and equipment, aswell as the ability to provide technical expertiseand support to ensure customer satisfaction and success.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Customer Relationship Management: \nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts,acting as the primary technical point of contact.\n * Priority Alignment: \nDrive alignment between account teams and clean product line on priorities formarket penetrations and defenses.\n * Process Optimization: \nCollaborate with customers to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes,ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and performance.\n * Product Demonstrations: \nOrganize product demonstrations and presentations to showcasethecapabilities and benefits of Lam Research technologies.\n * Feedback Loop: \nGather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuousimprovementand innovation in our products and services.\n * Training and Education: \nProvide training and educational resources to customers and account teams toenhance their understanding and utilization of Lam Research technologies.\n * Cross-Functional Collaboration: \nWork closely with sales, engineering, and product development teamsto align customer needs with company objectives.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Education: \nBachelor\u0027s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics,Engineering or arelated field. Advanced degree preferred.\n * Experience: \nMinimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a Bachelor degree, or8 years with a Masters degree or 5 years with a PhD.\n * Technical Expertise: \nStrong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.\n * Communication Skills: \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English required.Additionally strong communication skills in Chinese preferred.\n * Travel: \nWillingness to travel internationally up to 25%.\n\n\n\n## What We\u0027re Offering\n\nThis position will be occupied in Villach. It is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement forEmployees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group H. A higher payment is negotiable dependingon expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
