The position

Ready to shape the global growth of a cybersecurity company and build the sales organization behind its next success story?

Your mission

Take ownership of our international sales activities and drive cyan’s continued growth
Lead, support and further develop our international sales team in its day-to-day business
Establish clear targets, responsibilities and scalable sales processes
Actively manage the pipeline, improve forecasting and ensure consistent CRM usage
Leverage your existing network to generate new opportunities and build a strong, sustainable pipeline
Expand our presence within the global Telco market and identify further growth opportunities across our business areas
Personally drive key opportunities - from initial contact and presentations to proposals, negotiations and closing
Work closely with the CEO and collaborate directly with Product Management, Marketing and Finance
Turn ideas into action in a dynamic tech environment with small teams, flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths

Your profile

Several years of experience in international B2B sales, including a proven track record of closing deals above EUR 500,000 TCV over the past three years in complex buying environments, such as buying committees and tender processes
A strong track record in channel, partner or enterprise sales, including sustained annual growth of more than 15% over several years. An established network in relevant industries that enables you to open doors and create new business opportunities
Experience in cybersecurity, telecommunications, enterprise software or a comparable technology environment
Proven ability to lead and grow sales teams and establish effective structures and processes
Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating with senior and C-level decision-makers
A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach - you are comfortable creating presentations, proposals and business cases yourself
Strong commercial judgment, ownership and a clear focus on execution and results
Fluency in English is required
Willingness to travel internationally

The position offers a competitive fixed salary of around EUR 10,000 gross/month plus a performance-based variable component of up to 50%, depending on experience and overall package. Of course, there is the possibility of overpayment depending on experience and qualifications.
