As an R&D Strategy Intern, you explore the future of business banking and are on top of the latest financial innovations, AI-enabled opportunities and industry best practices. If the latest trends in the market, new business models and R&D strategy are your daily bread, keep reading!

What you will bring:

• You are currently studying, close to completing your degree, recently graduated, and have already gained first internship experience — ideally in consulting, corporate finance, banking, fintech or strategy.

• You’re excited about understanding how banks work not just from the outside, but from the inside too: strategy, products, platforms.

• You’re the kind of person who asks, “what if?” and your curiosity has a habit of opening too many tabs.

• You like working with cross-functional teams, joining forces across product, IT and strategy.

• You can analyze business ideas, think in models, and love connecting the dots between customer needs, market trends, and technical possibilities.

• Your slides are clear, your ideas well-structured, your messages hit home – in English too.

• You’re comfortable juggling multiple topics while keeping your eyes on the big picture.

• You enjoy turning research and data into insights and insights into real business value, making complex things like you’re talking to your smart friend, not a boardroom.

• For this 12-month fulltime internship, we offer a gross monthly wage of EUR 3.267,-  (Bachelor) or 3.400,- (Master) in accordance with the respective collective agreement.
