Where you belong

The commercial department of SAP Austria is responsible for the whole "customer contract cycle": the creation of contracts, the check of contracts to ensure compliance with internal and external rules and regulations, the sending and receiving of contracts as well as their posting in the SAP system. Furthermore all contracts are checked to ensure compliance with the IFRS revenue recognition guidelines.

What you´ll build 

As intern (f/m) in the commercial department you will: 

• prepare contracts for sending them out to the customer 


• be responsible to check incoming contracts regarding formal and legal compliance and to upload them into the SAP CMS system


• create (smaller/ less complicated) customer contracts on your own


• project support – responsibility for own work packages within the project
   

What you bring 

You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:

• Studying preferably in the fields: Business Administration, especially Accounting, Controlling, Legal


• Having the following computer skills: Excel, Power Point    


• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken


• Very good communication skills


• Besides that, you are team player, expert in organizing and you have an interest in learning more about our industry   
   

As an attractive employer we offer you a salary that is based on the current "Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik", a minimum of 1700€ gross/month/full time for interns and 2473€ gross/month/full time for working students, in addtion to generous additional benefits. 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
