Accountmanager with social expertise

We’re looking for an account manager with social media expertise to join our team. You’ll be working for a large local retail player, with plenty of social media work on your plate: from local creative development and content creation to production and delivery. If you get real energy from juggling many things at once and love being the one who keeps it all moving, you might be exactly who we’re after.

What our account manager does

• You’re the fixed point of contact for the client, coordinating all communication between them and our team.

• You oversee a steady stream of social content, from creation to production, keeping quality and deadlines on track.

• You guide the client through the development of mid funnel content, theme campaigns and the monthly organic social content.

• You’re part of the core team, working closely with the Creative Director and Strategist to challenge, take initiative and keep the work moving forward. You keep the Client Lead closely informed and make sure everyone stays aligned throughout the process.

• You brief and coordinate with the Account Executive who supports you on the account.

• You maintain the relationship with the client and truly understand their needs and expectations.

• You coordinate questions, incidents and projects with our internal teams, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

• You keep a close eye on agreements, deadlines, service levels and commercial opportunities.

• You report regularly on progress, performance and any bottlenecks, and know when to escalate.

• You have a good feel for social media and content, and know what resonates with a Belgian audience.

• You’re comfortable working in Dutch, French and English.
