Key Responsibilities

Relationship Building & Understanding Client Needs

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies
• Establish rapport, trust, and credibility through effective communication and consistent follow-up
• Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teammates to ensure exceptional client experience
• Conduct thorough needs analysis with potential clients to understand their challenges, goals, and requirements
• Identify opportunities for how Insight solutions address client needs and add measurable value

Negotiation & Closing

• Develop tailored proposals and presentations showcasing benefits and value proposition of Insight offering portfolio
• Demonstrate how solutions align with client objectives and solve specific pain points
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure agreements and close deals
• Address objections, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Use knowledge of OpEx and CapEx to drive commercial decisions and strengthen client business cases

Account Management

• Manage relationships with new clients to drive upsell opportunities and maximize customer satisfaction
• Ensure profitable revenue growth while maintaining high retention rates
• Provide ongoing support, address customer inquiries, and ensure proactive client retention
• Track and manage sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems
• Monitor progress, update statuses, and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and objectives

Market Research & Analysis

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market evolution
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics
• Analyze results, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for sales strategy improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management
• Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client decision-making dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Ability to understand and articulate OpEx and CapEx considerations in business conversations
• fluent English, Dutch and/or French
