About the Role

We are seeking an AI Coach - Expert (Freelance) to drive the responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence across our client’s departments. In this pivotal role, you will empower teams to unlock the full potential of AI, ensuring solutions are not only implemented but embraced, aligned with business goals, and compliant with regulatory standards. This is a freelance opportunity based in Brussels, with a project duration of 16 months.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases by assessing current processes and collaborating with stakeholders.


• Guide teams in designing and implementing Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilot projects.


• Ensure all AI initiatives align with business priorities and governance frameworks.


• Facilitate the adoption of existing AI solutions (such as Copilot), driving productivity and user engagement.


• Create and maintain reference resources (e.g., prompt libraries) to support ongoing AI usage.


• Act as a bridge between business teams and central AI departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.


• Share best practices and success stories to inspire a culture of innovation.


• Deliver impactful training, workshops, and hands-on sessions to raise AI awareness and capability across departments.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in AI, analytics, or digital transformation roles.


• Strong expertise in AI/GenAI (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models) and their business applications, especially in HR.


• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.


• Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and ethical considerations.


• Proven experience leading transformation initiatives, ideally focused on digital or AI adoption.


• Exceptional facilitation and training skills, with a track record of delivering engaging workshops and coaching sessions.


• Ability to inspire, engage, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


• Outstanding analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.


• Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.


• Empathy, active listening, and a strong focus on user needs.


• Team player with a business-oriented approach.

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of AI/GenAI technologies (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models).


• Experience with AI tools and platforms relevant to business transformation.


• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and ethical AI practices.

Language Proficiency

• Dutch: Fluent or basic (if French is fluent)


• French: Fluent or basic (if Dutch is fluent)


• English: Fluent

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (other academic backgrounds with analytics knowledge are welcome).


• Availability for 60% on-site presence in Brussels and 40% remote work.


• No specific certifications or travel requirements.
