This role combines customer-centric product discovery, business analysis expertise, and AI-enabled innovation to drive meaningful business transformation.

This is not a purely technology-focused role, nor is it a traditional business analysis role. It is a strategic position focused on helping customers discover opportunities, shape innovative products and services, and transform the way they work by combining human expertise with modern technology.

Your Role

As an AI Transformation & Product Discovery Lead, you will help organizations transform ideas into measurable business outcomes.

You will work with business leaders, product teams, architects, delivery organizations, and technology experts to identify opportunities, shape future solutions, and guide transformation initiatives from vision to execution.

You understand that technology alone does not create value. Real transformation happens when business challenges, customer needs, stakeholder alignment, and innovative solutions come together.

You will leverage AI and emerging technologies where they accelerate value, while applying proven discovery, analysis, facilitation, and product management practices where they remain the most effective approach.



You are equally comfortable facilitating customer discovery workshops, performing value stream analysis, building business cases, mapping business capabilities, and validating solution opportunities. You understand that sustainable transformation starts with a deep understanding of customer needs, business objectives, and value creation across the organization.

• Define strategic visions, transformation roadmaps, and priorities.
• Align initiatives with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Support customers in designing future-ready operating models.

• Analyse business capabilities, processes, and value streams to identify improvement opportunities and transformation priorities.
• Use structured business analysis techniques to understand current-state challenges and define target-state outcomes.

Opportunity Discovery & Value Definition

• Explore and evaluate opportunities for new products, services, and business capabilities.
• Facilitate discovery, ideation, and innovation workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities where digital technologies, automation, analytics, and AI-powered capabilities can deliver meaningful impact.
• Assess value, feasibility, risks, and organizational implications.
• Prioritize opportunities based on strategic goals and expected outcomes.

Product Discovery & Innovation

• Translate business challenges into innovative AI-enabled product and service opportunities.
• Shape product visions, discovery roadmaps, and innovation initiatives.
• Validate assumptions through experimentation, prototyping, and iterative learning.
• Define user needs, desired outcomes, and success measures.
• Drive outcome-based product thinking across customer engagements.
• Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and adoption.
• Place customer needs, user experience, and business value at the centre of product discovery and decision-making.
• Use customer insights, research, and feedback to validate opportunities and guide product direction.

Future Operating Models & Ways of Working

• Design effective collaboration models between people, processes, and technology.
• Explore how automation, AI assistants, and emerging technologies can enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness.
• Help organizations establish sustainable governance and adoption practices.

Delivery Enablement

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Translate discovery outcomes into actionable initiatives and delivery roadmaps.
• Support analysis, solution design, prioritization, and implementation planning.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery execution.
• Promote responsible, secure, and effective use of technology throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to best practices for modern product and delivery approaches.
• Support requirement discovery, business process analysis, stakeholder alignment, and backlog refinement using both traditional and AI-assisted approaches where appropriate.

Customer Advisory & Thought Leadership

• Act as a trusted advisor on innovation, transformation, and product strategy.
• Support business development, pre-sales, and solution shaping activities.
• Facilitate strategic discussions with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
• Share insights on market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving business models.
• Contribute to Inetum's methodologies, best practices, and innovation initiatives.
• Help position Inetum as a trusted partner for digital and business transformation.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Experience

• Proven experience in business transformation, digital transformation, innovation, product strategy, or consulting roles.
• Strong product discovery and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Experience facilitating workshops and aligning diverse stakeholder groups.

• Understanding of modern technology trends, including AI, Generative AI, Copilots, emerging AI technologies, automation, analytics, and digital platforms.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technology domains.
• Experience working in Agile, Product, DevOps, or modern delivery environments.
• Excellent communication skills, from workshop facilitation to executive advisory.
• Experience applying business analysis techniques such as process modelling, value stream mapping, customer journey analysis, stakeholder analysis, and business case development.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into business and product opportunities.
• Experience defining business value, success metrics, and outcomes for transformation initiatives.
