Application Manager

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams
  
• Manage the full lifecycle of business applications
  
• Work on both new initiatives and business -as -usual activities
  
• Translate business needs into functional and practical requirements
  
• Document processes, applications, and procedures
  
• Ensure stability, quality, and performance of applications
  
• Execute program testing and interface testing
  
• Prepare test documentation in collaboration with testing teams
  
• Support and manage release processes
  

Requirements

Must Have:

• 2–5 years of experience as Application Manager or similar role
  
• Strong experience in application lifecycle management
  
• Experience in bridging business and IT
  
• Strong documentation and process management skills
  
• Mainframe knowledge (critical requirement)
  
• Fluent Dutch and English
  

Should / Nice to Have:

• Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  
• Exposure to KBC environments (strong asset)
  
• Experience with testing processes and release management
