Benelux Market Supply Lead

We are looking for a Market Supply Lead Benelux who is strategic, collaborative, and impact-driven to join our team within the Market Supply Operations department, based at our UCB campus located in Braine l’allaud, Belgium.

About the role:

In this role, you will lead and shape the Market Supply Operations strategy across the Benelux region. You will drive end-to-end supply chain excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and align local execution with global priorities. You are going to lead transformation initiatives, optimize performance, and influence senior stakeholders to support sustainable business growth in a complex, multi-market environment.

Who you will work with:

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality, regulatory, commercial, and digital experts. You will collaborate with local leadership teams, global stakeholders, and external partners such as logistics providers. Together, you will ensure seamless operations, strong governance, and continuous improvement across markets while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

What you will do:

• You will define and drive distribution and order-to-cash strategies across Benelux markets.


• You will lead S&OP processes and align forecasting strategies with global planning frameworks.


• You will manage transformation initiatives including digitalization, automation, and process standardization.


• You will ensure compliance with GDP/GMP regulations and anticipate evolving regulatory requirements.


• You will build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and external stakeholders.


• You will monitor performance, optimize costs, and drive continuous improvement through KPIs and analytics.

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.


• You bring 8–12 years of experience in supply chain or a related environment.


• You demonstrate strong leadership experience in projects, teams, and cross-functional initiatives.


• You have solid knowledge of supply chain systems, digital tools, and regulatory requirements.


• You communicate fluently in English and confidently engage diverse stakeholders.


• You think strategically, drive innovation, and influence decision-making across complex organizations.
