Change Manager

Our client within the banking sector is seeking an
experienced IT Change Manager to ensure the successful, compliant, and
efficient delivery of IT changes into production environments. The role plays a
key part in maintaining governance, operational stability, and regulatory
compliance while supporting Agile delivery teams.

The IT Change Manager acts as the bridge between technology
teams, business stakeholders, and governance functions, ensuring that change
processes are well -controlled, auditable, and aligned with industry standards
and banking regulations.

Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor's
  degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Proven
  experience in IT Change Management within complex IT environments.
  
• Strong
  knowledge of ITIL Change Management processes and best practices.
  
• Experience
  with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
  
• Strong
  understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  
• Good
  understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  
• Advanced
  reporting and analytical skills.
  
• Experience
  working within regulated environments (Banking, Finance, Insurance, etc.).
  
• Excellent
  communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Should Have / Nice to Have

• Experience
  in Agile/Scrum environments.
  
• Knowledge
  of Excel VBA/Macros and reporting automation.
  
• Experience
  with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  
• Familiarity
  with audit processes and regulatory controls.
  
• Knowledge
  of release management and deployment processes.
  
• ITIL
  certification or related Change Management certification.
